Dr. Yocum graduated from University of Minnesota and has a Master’s of Science degree in bacteriology. She has been a long time resident of Rockford and worked at several local clinics through her career. She has gained the experience which helps provide excellent ER and critical care for our area pets. Dr. Yocum works daytime hours during the week and is very detail oriented to help keep our patient’s owners and their veterinarian updated on cases. She is our primary ultrasonographer and has taken many additional training courses for ultrasound evaluation of the abdomen and heart.
